Congratulations to our partner Jody Rodenberg for being recognized in the 2023 edition of D Magazine’s Best Lawyers Under 40, which highlights some of North Texas’ top young lawyers. The annual list, published in the January issue, is compiled based on peer nominations, followed by close review by an independent panel of distinguished attorneys working in conjunction with the magazine’s editors.
This marks the fourth consecutive year that Jody has been named to this elite list, while she is also annually recognized as a Texas “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers, and a “One to Watch” by the Best Lawyers in America. Jody represents individuals in a wide variety of litigation, including business litigation, catastrophic personal injury, and medical malpractice. She also represents liquidating trustees attempting to collect and liquidate assets for the benefit of creditors.
Jody earned her law degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University. While at SMU, she actively participated in moot court and was a member of the SMU Law Review.
