Case Referrals

The Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct encourage the referral of a case in which a client may be better served by a specialist. If a contingency fee is involved, a division of that fee between referring lawyer and the trial specialist is appropriate.

Several of our attorneys at Sommerman & Quesada, L.L.P., are trial specialists who are Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law. Each attorney has experience in providing representation to clients with complex legal and technical problems.

Our firm's experienced attorneys commit themselves to zealously representing each client. The policy of this firm is to share a referral fee with referring attorneys. The clients then have the benefit of both the referring attorneys' experience and ours.
