Barrett M. Havran

A former Academic All-American at the University of Texas, Mr. Havran joined the firm of Sommerman & Quesada after graduating from the SMU Dedman School of Law in 2006. In law school, Mr. Havran was named the school’s outstanding advocate, elected to The Order of Barristers and was the outstanding advocate and National Champion in the National White Collar Crime Mock Trial Competition.

Mr. Havran has successfully handled cases involving premises liability, medical malpractice, car wrecks and work-related injuries.
